She is currently pursuing PhD in Human Resource Management at York University. She holds an MBA from University of New Mexico, United States, and a BBA from Tribhuvan University, Nepal. An active member of the Academy of Management (AoM) and the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA), she also serves as an international board member for Women to Be (WTB) an organization based in Albuquerque and is working on the new project of introducing reusable period underpads.
Her research focuses on the intersection of the human workforce and artificial intelligence with additional interest in critical issues within human resource management such as caste untouchability and menstrual hygiene in workplace, particularly in the context of South Asia.
