From Idea to Application: Navigating Intellectual Property

Not sure when to plan for intellectual property (IP), which types are relevant to your research, or how to balance IP protection with open access goals?

This workshop on IP, tailored to STEM researchers, will feature experts from Innovation York and the IP Innovation Clinic at Osgoode Hall Law School. Learn how IP can support both commercialization and knowledge sharing, and explore strategies to align your research with your broader goals. You will also have a chance to hear firsthand from researchers who have successfully navigated IP challenges to advance their work.
