Security Services Review Privacy Statement

York University is undertaking a review of its security services. The Security Services Review is a commitment and action identified in the University’s Action Plan on Black Inclusion. The Action Plan on Black Inclusion was developed following consultations with members of York University’s Black and racialized community. Central to the Security Services Review process will be anti-racism, justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion. The review will take a critical and holistic approach to enhancing safety and security at the University to address real issues and concerns and establish an alternative security services model. At the end of the review process an action plan will be created to help guide the implementation of the alternative security services model.

Participation in the Security Services Review is completely voluntary. All questions are optional. Your decision to participate and any responses you provide will be kept strictly confidential and will not be used for any other purpose other than the uses described above.
