Furthermore, Taylor Cosby joins us from Western University as a M.Sc. student, and Lily Hoang has started her CHEM4000 Thesis this fall.
Lucas’ paper on allenic phosphonium borate zwitterions was recently published in Chemical Communications. Chris co-wrote a book chapter with Dr. Meera Mehta from the University of Manchester on state-of-the-art Frustrated Lewis Pair Chemistry for Synthetic Inorganic Chemistry. Finally, our first collaborative paper with the VandenBoer lab was published in Analyst.
Spring 2021 – A lot of news to report on over the last few months! Our first graduate student has successfully defended, congrats to Fiona Jeeva for completing your M.Sc. degree! Best of luck with everything in the future.
On the publication front, Jordan and Selvyn had their work on Lewis acidic aminoboranes published in Organic & Biomolecular Chemistry.
We’d like to welcome Clive Boateng Ameyaw (CHEM4000), Isaac Timoffee-Maberley, and Nyu Nguyen to the team for the summer.
We have an industrial postdoctoral fellow position available in synthetic organic and dye chemistry! (This position has been filled).
