Objective
Advancing Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in IBD Award
To honor an individual whose clinical practice or research aligns with the mission of Crohn’s Colitis Canada and is dedicated to addressing or gaining insights into matters concerning diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the context of IBD.
Women in IBD Research Award
To recognize an exceptional female basic or clinical researcher who has been an inspirational leader and role model in the field of IBD research and contributed significantly to advancing the mission of Crohn’s and Colitis Canada.
Eligibility
Advancing Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in IBD Award
Researcher or clinician from the DEI community; or researcher conducting research in DEI or clinician serving the DEI community
Women in IBD Research Award
Female IBD basic or clinical researchers in Canada. Nominee must be affiliated with an academic institution in Canada.
How to Apply
York University researchers are reminded that all applications for external research funding, including Letters of Intent, must be reviewed and approved by the Office of Research Services before they are submitted to the granting agency. For internal approval, the application must be accompanied by a completed ORS Checklist, which requires the Dean’s signature. Please send the complete application, with the finalized budget and a completed ORS checklist to sciapps@yorku.ca, five days prior to agency deadline.
