Small-molecule analysis

Small molecule quantitative LC-MS/MS methods are a cornerstone in pharmaceutical ADMET / DMPK studies, biomarker validation, clinical research, food safety, forensics, toxicology, and environmental analyses.

The YSciCore Facility houses a ZenoToF7600 and a Waters M-class system capable of supporting a wide-range of small-molecule workflows in:

  • HRAM (High Resolution Accurate Mass).
  • Small and large biological molecule characterization and quantification.
  • Metabolomics.
  • Phytochemical analysis.
  • Free amino acid analysis.
  • Non esterified fatty acids analysis.
