York Science Scholars Award
The York Science Scholars Award is a combined scholarship and research placement award worth $10,000 in total. This award is considered separately, and in addition to, other York University or Science admissions awards or scholarships.
Science Entrance Scholarship for International Students
New international students to York University applying to the Faculty of Science will be automatically considered for an entrance scholarship based on final admission average. No application is required for this scholarship.
Helen Freedhoff First Year Award
The Helen Freedhoff First Year Award offers $5000 upon full-time enrolment to York University's Faculty of Science in the Physics and Astronomy department. The recipient will also be eligible for additional $5000 contingent upon successful completion of a 12 week experiential component.
Yavin Family International Science Student Scholarship
This scholarship was created to benefit first-year Faculty of Science international students who show exemplary academic achievement and extra-curricular participation in their field of study. Each recipient of this scholarship will be awarded $25,000.
