Leading with Patience

Have you ever experienced situations of handling patience while being under stress and pressure as a leader? Are you looking forways to lead with patience to ensure for team success? In this workshop, you will be able to identify and learn strategies to channel positive attitude towards your teammates to improve team motivation. You will also develop the capacity to use positive pressure to improve satisfaction and develop a stress management toolkit to achieve higher productivity, too.
