Are you excited to start university but don’t know what to expect? Join us during York 201, a transition session where you will learn about the academic cycle, what university lectures are really like, and how to take the best notes to help you prepare for the first day of class! You will have the opportunity to practice your new note-taking skills during engaging guest lectures from real York professors and representatives from campus services, all while making connections and having conversations with fellow incoming students. Get ready for interactive presentations, practical exercises and collaborative discussions that will help you transition to university with ease.
