Atkinson Centre for Mature and Part-time Students (ACMAPS) Peer Mentor Program ACMAPS provides peer mentor services for students through campus navigation and making referrals to campus resources. Mentors are also available for advice or general questions.  ACMAPS Students  Open to all domestic/international Mature, Part-time, and Transfer students (prospective /current undergrad or graduate students). 
Black Excellence at York University (BE YU) BE YU Students The BE YU Mentorship Program aims to improve Black student academic performance, strengthen their awareness of on-campus resources, create a safe space for relationship building among peers and faculty, and foster a sense of belonging within the wider York community. Our focus is to provide robust mentorship to students using their lived, academic, and professional experience to increase their sense of belonging, confidence, self-esteem and social capital. We offer mentorship opportunities to students of all identities across all faculties. Open to all students registered with BE YU.

Career Peer Educators  They offer drop-in support for current students and new graduates on their career journeys (from resume reviews, to preparing for a job or placement/co-op interview, learning how to use LinkedIn for networking, and more!  All York University Students  Services are available for current students and alumni up to 2 years after graduation.

Nursing Student Tutoring, Ambassadorship and Mentorship Programs (NSTAMP) NSTAMP offers Peer Mentoring for Nursing students by helping them transition to university and providing advice on post-graduation. LA&PS Colleges Peer Mentor Program LA&PS Colleges PMP offers peer mentorship to all first year LA&PS students and aims to support them in navigating the university, building community, developing skills for success, and finding the fun on campus.  First Year Students from the Faculty of LA&PS Undergraduate, all first year LA&PS students 
York First Friend (YFF) YFF offers peer mentorship services for new international students to the faculty of LA&PS to ease their transition into university and life in Toronto. This program begins at the pre-arrival stage virtually via weekly meet ups with their mentor and continues in person during the first 6 weeks of their first semester at York. This is done through sharing of resources/information and community building activities.  First Year International Students from the Faculty of LA&PS Incoming first year international students in LA&PS 
YU Explore Peer Mentors  They offer peer mentorship for new first year students by providing campus resources, advice and guidance. Mentorship is also provided for undeclared major students about academics, careers, getting involved etc.  First Year Students from the Faculty of LA&PS

Bethune College Peer Mentoring Program They offer peer mentoring services for first year Bethune College students to help with their adjustment to university life. Lassonde Peer Helpers  They offer mentorship to domestic and international students from the faculty by helping to ease their transition into university. There are also mental health peer helpers who help to spread awareness on mental health.  New Students from Lassonde School of Engineering

Learning Skills Peers Learning Skills Services is here to answer your questions!  You will find the Learning Skills Services peer team at various locations around campus. Our friendly peers are available to provide academic success support and warm referrals to campus resources. For example, you may speak to a Learning Skills Peer about how to develop a time management plan, tackle your readings, study for exams, and more! Peer Support Team Program  They offer peer support by planning activities around conflict resolution and providing students with access to conflict related resources. Workshops and trainings are also held for groups to build these skills.  All York University Students

Student Success Mentors  They offer peer support by sharing information about the program, assisting with first year enrolment, providing subject matter expertise on their areas of study, and promoting resources to assist students in attaining their goals.  Students from the School of AMPD Their main focus is incoming first year students.  The remaining school year is focused on supporting first year and linking with resources.

Student Accessibility Services (SAS) Peer Mentors SAS Peer Mentors provide peer support to students registered Student Accessibility Services. They support students with social connect and navigating post-secondary studies as a student with a disability.  Student registered with Student Accessibility Services    Open to all SAS registered students.  Students can choose to have a one-on-one peer mentor and/or attend group events put on by the Peer Mentors. 
Student Accessibility Services Peer Mentors They provide peer mentorship for students utilizing MHDS services to connect with each other in a safe environment. They also provide resources to address the stigmatization of mental health.  Students Registered with MHDS

English Conversation Partners Program The ECP Program pairs fluent English speakers (Conversation Partners) with students that are looking to improve their English language confidence (Student Peers).  All York University Students Open to graduate and undergraduate students. Preference given to first year students.
