I am now a Member of the House of the People of the Federal Parliament of Somalia. Formerly, I was the Minister of Environment in the Transitional Federal Government of Somalia.

 

I have obtained my Master of Environmental Studies from York Univerity in Toronto, Canada. I have also obtained a Master of Science in Zoology from Cairo Univeristy in Egypt. Obtained my Bachelor's Degree in Biology from California State University at Long Beach, California, USA.
