Transcript for Alice Pan- EE Student Experiences

I always knew I wanted to go into law and be a lawyer and Osgoode was my dream school. The experiential learning programs gave you the opportunity to just get your hands into the work and actually practice law. I was placed with CLASP, the student legal aid clinic. People who were of low income, they come into our clinic looking for help with their criminal charges and as a division leader I was there from the beginning to end all under the supervision of a very experienced criminal law council.

You’re actually seeing how the law works and operates in practice. You are the one that gets all the evidence and you’re trying to figure out what’s going on with the case here. My name is Alice. I am a third year law student from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University.
