Achieving Balance in Teaching, Research, and Life: Time Management Strategies for Teaching Assistants - Nov. 13

Are you struggling to manage your teaching and research responsibilities, all while trying to juggle priorities in your personal life? Although sometimes it can feel impossible to do it all, there are several productivity-boosting strategies we can practice to make the most of our time and energy, and ultimately enhance our wellbeing.

In this workshop, you will reflect on your current time management skills through supportive discussions with peers. You will also learn various techniques to take your time management skills to the next level and practice these techniques by completing interactive activities.

By the end of the session, you will be able to describe and select time management strategies that are most relevant to you, and you will be provided with a comprehensive time management resource to assist you with implementing these new strategies in your life. This workshop will empower you take back your time and strike a better balance in your personal and professional endeavours.
