As of approx. 1:10 p.m. today the stability issue with Remote Access VPN has been resolved.

A latent software defect was identified in the VPNgateway and a work-around has been put in-place to mitigate the effects of the bug.

We apologize for the inconvenience this unscheduled outage caused and thank you for your continued support and cooperation.
