UIT Service Advisory – Network issue caused Passport York to be unavailable this morning

Please share this information with your teams.  A network issue caused a number of Passport York accessed services to be unavailable this morning from 8:53 a.m. to 9:13 a.m.  UIT teams responded and quickly resolved the authentication/login issue.  Some of the sytems affected included Finance, HR, eClass, Advance AWA and eReports. 

 

We apologize for the inconvenience this unscheduled outage caused and thank you for your continued support and cooperation.
