Subject: Service Advisory: issues with DDNS – ONGOING

Service Advisory

Please share this information with your teams. UIT teams are currently investigating client issues with the DDNS service.  DDNS service is used by AD domain-joined computers (servers and workstations). In a normal state, client registration is trusted and automatic. In a worst case scenario, computers will drop off the AD domain and may require intervention to re-join.

We will provide updates as we progress towards a resolution.
