Please share the following information with your technical teams.
UIT will be upgrading the operating systems for SIS/STAC PROD and SIS/STAC DSS databases on Tuesday November 30th, between 6:00 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. All SIS services will be down for most of that period. We expect that the production services will be up by 8:00 a.m. at the latest and the DSS system will come up at most half an hour later.
We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this scheduled maintenance may cause and thank you for your continued understanding.
