Please share the following information with your teams.

Please note scheduled maintenance will take place on the Central Endpoint Protection Service with Trend Micro Apex One on Monday, December 13^th, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.  The service maintenance is necessary to install a critical patch from the vendor to introduce enterprise support for macOS 12 ‘Monterey’. 

University computer assets that have the enterprise Trend Micro Apex One client installed, will not be affected and are expected to operate normally during the scheduled maintenance.

If you have the consumer version of Trend Micro Antivirus for Mac, instructions on how to upgrade to latest consumer version is available here:
