Service Advisory

 

Please share the following information with your teams.

 

There have been multiple reports of VPN not working this morning Friday February 25, 2022 starting prior to 8:00 a.m. 

 

UIT teams are actively investigating this problem where the VPN (Pulse) service verification to 2FA (Duo) is not working and will provide an update when more information is available.

 

We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your continued cooperation and understanding.
