Please share the following information with your technical teams.

 

Cherwell has not been available since about 3:30pm today Thursday March 3rd, 2022.  UIT teams are currently investigating the cause of this service outage.  This outage is currently affecting all instances including all users of Cherwell for IT, P&B and HR ticketing.
