[RESOLVED] Service Advisory – An unplanned outage to multiple IT services Friday November 11th 9:45 a.m. to 10:10 a.m.

Service Advisory

 

Please share the following update with your teams.

This morning between 9:45 a.m. and 10:10 a.m., various IT systems suffered service interruption.  All services have been restored, and UIT continues to monitor and investigate the root cause of the service interruption. 

 

Services impacted include, and are not limited to:

  • Passport York
  • eClass Authentication (no impact to those already logged in)
  • YorkU main website/WordPress
  • HR Self Service
  • Peoplesoft HCM and Finance
  • Maximo
  • eReports
  • Multiple SIS services
