Service Advisory

 

Dear colleagues, 


I am happy to announce the launch of “My Tickets” on the Halo user portal, that will allow members of the community to interact with existing tickets directly through the
Halo website. 

As of December 9, anyone with a Passport York ID can log into Halo to: 

·         Check the status of their submitted tickets 

·         Reply to open tickets directly through the Halo portal 

·         View communication history of the ticket 

·         Close an open ticket 


To learn more about how to best utilize this portal, please visit the
UIT Halo website for a short training video. Note that no changes in current usage of Halo by agents is required as a result of this change.  The training video describes the ability to update a ticket with a public note. Please note that users will not receive notifications when the public note feature is used, and it is recommended that you continue to leverage existing practices until otherwise directed by management.
