Please share the following with your technical teams. Printers enrolled with the UPM service (PaperCut) were reporting communication errors starting 9:51 a.m. This issue appeared to be campus wide.
Services impacted include: -Student printers in all library locations -Administrative printers that require a login (swipe or tap)
UPM services were restored at 12:00 p.m. and UIT teams are investigating the root cause.
