Please share the following with your teams.
We are experiencing a service degradation on MyApps – Remote delivery service component. Some users are getting a license error when selecting the “Remote” option to launch an application.
Example:
Please try again if you are receiving the license error. MyApps service will automatically re-direct your remote session.
As a corrective action, UIT teams are disabling the service node(s) displaying the license error.
