Date/Time of Outage: Thursday April 20th, 2023 9:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Outage Details: Unified Print Management services with PaperCut has been taken offline for emergency maintenance.
Action taken: Support teams have been investigating the problem and are continuing to work on a resolution.
