Service:

Remote Delivery component on the MyApps service (https://myapps.yorku.ca)

 

Service Outage Timeline: 

First reported: Thursday May 18, 2023 8:20 a.m.

Time resolved: Thursday May 18, 2023 9:10 a.m.

 

Impact/Details:

-The issue affecting the Remote Delivery component of the MyApps service has been resolved.

-Classic SIS applications hosted on MyApps and other applications with the ‘Launch Remote’ option are now loading without errors.

-Note that The server’s license has expired message was misleading and licenses are valid until 2024; we are following up with the vendor to investigate further.
