Please share the following with your teams.
Service Maintenance:
File Access Service (FAS)
Scheduled Maintenance Window:
Start: Friday June 30, 2023 6:00 p.m.
End: Saturday July 1, 2023 6:00 a.m.
Impact/Details:
Access to all file shares on FAS will not be available during the maintenance window
Teams will be performing service maintenance on the FAS storage service
As an example, file shares on FAS are typically presented as H: and X: drives (i.e. on a Windows computer in the office, when you browse ‘This PC’)
Files stored in the M365 service platform will remain accessible (i.e. files stored in your OneDrive and yuoffice.yorku.ca (SharePoint, Teams, etc.) will not be affected by this maintenance)
