Service Advisory

 

Please share the following with your technical teams.

Service Maintenance:

MyApps

 

Maintenance has been re-scheduled to Friday January 19th (instead of Monday January 8th).

 

Scheduled Maintenance Window:

Start: Friday January 19, 2024 from 7:30 a.m.

End: Friday January 19, 2024 from 8:00 a.m.

 

Impact/Details:

  • UIT teams will set the minimum version of MyApps – AppsAnywhere and Cloudpaging clients to the latest vendor releases.
  • When users login to MyApps after we set new minimum client versions,
    • Un-managed and personal owned computers:
      • Clients will automatically update themselves.
      • Users will be prompted to reboot after the client installation.
    • Managed computers
