Service Advisory

 

Please share the following with your teams.

Service Maintenance:

Maintenance will be performed on the CAS server which is used for authentication on various systems at York (including PeopleSoft HR and PeopleSoft Financial)


Maintenance window:

Start Date/Time: Friday November 22, 2024 5:00 p.m.

End Date/Time:  Friday November 22, 2024 5:30 p.m. 


Impact/Details:

  • Users will not be able to login to PeopleSoft HR or PeopleSoft Financials during the maintenance window
  • Scheduled jobs will not be impacted

Impact/Details:

  • Teams continue to investigate reports from certain clients having trouble to launch applications remotely, i.e. with the 'Launch Remote' option.
  • We are gathering client configuration specifics to help better understand root cause and corrective action.
