Unplanned Service Outage:

Central SCCM

 

Timeframe:

Start: Friday January 3, 2025 10:00 a.m.

End: Friday January 3, 2025 10:10 a.m.

 

Impact/Details:

  • Access to the SCCM management console was unavailable for desktop system administrators to manage OS and application deployment to computers running Windows.
  • Root cause was related to database connection.
  • Issue was corrected and resolved.
