Please share this information with your teams. We have received the following memo from the YU-Card office:
On November 10 and 11 the University will be implementing an upgrade to the YU-card system. In order to conduct the upgrade, the YU-card system will be offline from November 9th at 11:00pm until the end of day on November 11th. It is expected that service will resume on November 12th.
As a result of this scheduled upgrade, we are informing the community "Student Print Services" will not be available at the following locations where YU-Card is required to release a print or copy transaction:
- Faculty student labs
- IBM Innovation Space – Markham Convergence Centre
- Libraries
"Student Print Services" will resume after the YU-Card system upgrade is complete.
