We are implementing a change to fix the Concur login issue some of you have been experiencing. A brief outage is scheduled for Thursday May 4th, 2023, from 1:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. to facilitate this change.

Changes to the login experience:

1. Log in to Concur using the new URL: www.yorku.ca/concur
1. Remove any old bookmarks or cached links from your browser to avoid confusion.
2. You will see a new login page when you access Concur.
3. Click "Sign in with Passport York" to be redirected to the Passport York login screen.
1. Avoid Concur's "Sign in with your password" option, and never enter your Passport York password directly into Concur or any other application.
