Overview:
HR Self Serve is available to all active York employees and provides online access to HR and payroll information though self-serve options.
You can use HR Self Serve to:
- Review and /or update your personal information and emergency contact.
- Review your medical, dental and life insurance coverage, and your beneficiaries.
- Review your pay statements and direct deposit account information.
- You can view or print your pay statements online.
- Full-time staff can submit absence requests for vacation, sick, or personal time.
- View your training profile.
- Part-time staff (including WSS) can submit their hours.
- Access your T4 and T4A slips.
How do I access it?
- All active employees are able to access HR Self Serve
- Log in to HR Self Serve (requires a Passport York username and password)
- Access to HR Self Serve from off campus requires Duo 2FA

Overview :
The Finance Services Department offers a variety of online financial applications which are available for use by authorized faculty and staff. Services include:
- Concur
- PeopleSoft Financials Budget module which assists planners and administrators in the preparation and input of their budgets.
How do I access it?
To access PeopleSoft Financials Budget Module you must submit a service request (you will be required to include your employee number, Passport York username, and the cost centers to which you need access, together with departmental approval).
**Please note access to the Financial applications requires a valid Passport York username and password
Overview:
Maximo is the York Asset Management System used by Campus Services and Business Operations (CSBO). The Self Service module allows clients to submit Service Requests to facilities, view both active and historical Service Requests, and exchange information with the Work Control Centre.
How do I access it?
- All active full-time employees are able to access Maximo Self Service
- Log in to Maximo using your Passport York username and password.
Overview:
The Student Information System (SIS) is the administrative application used to track academic records of all undergraduate and graduate students. SIS includes web applications for staff, faculty and students.

Overview:
The Academic Resource Management System (ARMS) is a web-based application for managing the end-to-end academic resource planning process. The ARMS manages full-time instructor loads including teaching, course releases and sabbaticals/leaves. In addition the system manages contract faculty allocation and teaching assignments including part-time budget/complement, postings, notice of recommended appointments (NRAs) and offer letters.
