The Declaration of Conditions of Employment form (T2200) is required by the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) for eligible employees to claim employment-related expenses on their income tax filings.
Eligible employees may request a T2200 in consultation with their Executive Officer (or equivalent designated role) for approval and signature. This process aligns with the need to verify employees’ individual circumstances.
