The Institutional Project Portfolio Management (IPPM) committee is a team of university resources tasked with the central oversight of institution-wide IT projects.
In alignment with institutional priorities, the IPPM committee:
- Determines optimal resourcing, operational requirements, financial considerations, and Enterprise Risk Management for IT projects.
- Ensures York is investing in the right projects.
- Approves the annual and 5-year IT roadmaps.
- Reviews Notice of Intention (NOI) submissions for new opportunity projects.
- Approves new projects.
- Reprioritizes projects as required.
- Tracks progress on approved projects.
