IPPM

The Institutional Project Portfolio Management (IPPM) committee is a team of university resources tasked with the central oversight of institution-wide IT projects.

In alignment with institutional priorities, the IPPM committee:

  • Determines optimal resourcing, operational requirements, financial considerations, and Enterprise Risk Management for IT projects.
  • Ensures York is investing in the right projects.
  • Approves the annual and 5-year IT roadmaps.
  • Reviews Notice of Intention (NOI) submissions for new opportunity projects.
  • Approves new projects.
  • Reprioritizes projects as required.
  • Tracks progress on approved projects.
