Katrin Kohl to speak at International University Administrator Seminar in Kuala Lumpur on 4 July

Support services within higher education institutions are key to implementing the infrastructural, operational, and cultural shifts necessary to respond to climate change.

As centers of education, research, and community leadership, universities have a unique responsibility and capacity to drive significant environmental change.

This theme calls for a comprehensive approach, integrating digital technologies and community collaboration to reduce carbon footprints, enhance resilience, and promote environmental stewardship across the HEI sector.

Katrin Kohl is invited to share perspectives on how to drive this important change and how to become the core of the sustainability efforts within the institution.

She will share stories from her experience as a university administrator, Managing Director of the UNESCO Commission in Germany as well as from her role as a Coordinator of the UNESCO Chair at York University Canada.

Join the conversation at IIUM-ISTAC in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) on 2-4 July 2024!
