Quality Council Review and Audit Process
As outlined in the York University Quality Assurance Protocols and Procedures (YUQAP), the university is subject to an audit process once every eight years. The objective of the audit is to determine whether or not the institution has acted in compliance with the provisions of its YUQAP as ratified by the Ontario Universities Council on Quality Assurance.
York University underwent the Quality Assurance Audit in November 2015. In May 2016 the Quality Council provided York University with the Report on the Quality Assurance Audit of York University and the Summary of the Principal Findings of the Quality Assurance Audit of York University.
York University submitted its institutional One Year Response in May 2017, informing the auditors of the steps taken to address the recommendations of the audit report.
