How we can help

Classroom operations provides in-classroom support for AV equipment (including PCs, peripherals, etc.), performs preventative maintenance, and responds to break/fix calls for service.

Services we provide

Classroom Equipment Ordering (CEO) system

System used to place orders for equipment or quick A/V setup demo if using a centrally allocated classroom (RAC room) for either a course, a non-course event (any courses not offered through the York University Registrar's Office, conference, symposium, meeting), or student presentations. Hyflex classrooms

A Hyflex classroom is equipped with technology that enables remote students to seamlessly participate in a course that is delivered on campus. The technology installed in the classrooms ensures the two-way engagement of all participants.

Maintenance of teaching spaces

Our team schedules regular classroom maintenance ensuring the proper upkeep of the RAC teaching spaces from an audio-visual perspective. Visit the link above to see current equipment available in the RAC teaching and learning spaces.
