Meet-Up: Maintaining Research Efforts while in Admin Position
Details: If you’re balancing administrative responsibilities with research, or you’re simply curious about how to do so, join us for an open conversation on what it really takes to keep your research going while in an admin role. We’ll hear from a few colleagues who’ve navigated this balancing act, sharing their experiences with managing various activities that can pull time and energy away from research. After their reflections, we’ll break into smaller groups for honest discussions about coping strategies, time management, and practical ways to stay on track with research. This session is a chance to gain perspective, exchange ideas, and find support among others.
