Winter Well-being Week

Caring for Your Physical and Nutritional Health

Join us for Winter Well-being Week, running from March 4 to 8, 2024. The week’s theme is Caring for Your Physical and Nutritional Health. During Well-being Week (and every week), we invite York community members to learn about and prioritize healthy eating and being active.

Winter Well-being Week demonstrates our commitment to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The activities planned show how we’re leading on SDG #3: Good Health & Well-being by promoting healthy lifestyles. Our full Well-being Strategy is planned to launch in Fall 2024.

The events offered during Winter Well-being Week include a mix of virtual and in-person offerings. Whether you’re a student, staff member or part of York’s faculty and instructor team, we hope to see you at Winter Well-being Week!
