On Sunday, Feb. 9, Computing and Network Services (CNS) will be completing the final phase of its computer room consolidation by moving systems from the main floor of Steacie Science Library building to the newly expanded basement location in the building.
The move will require the following services to be unavailable from 6am to 2pm:
- Listserv
- Dial In
- York Web
- WebCT
- ABEL
- Phoenix
- News
- FirstClass
- Synchronize
- GIS GEOMATICA
- Anonymous FTP
- SIS services
- Novell Netware services for CNS supported departments
CNS expects to have Dial In services online before 10am. Other services will be restored as soon as possible thereafter.
If you maintain Web pages on the York Web server, please verify that your pages are accessible once services are fully restored. Report any problems to askit@yorku.ca.
