CBC reporter Dave Seglins spoke to Professor Emeritus Howard Adelman of York’s Centre for Refugee Studies about the case of 21 men detained by Immigration Canada and suspected by the RCMP of being members of an Al Qaeda sleeper cell. Adelman told him suspicions are enough under Canada's beefed-up anti-terrorism laws to remove non-citizens from the country. Seglins’s report was aired Sept. 10 on CBC Radio’s "World Report," "Metro Morning" and "London News."
