Multi-talented media personality and fellow alum Jian Ghomeshi (BA ’95) will entertain guests as Master of Ceremonies.

A native of Montreal, Mann will discuss international perceptions of Canada in the wake of SARS and the war in Iraq. Mann is a 20-year veteran of print, radio and television journalism, currently based in Atlanta. Ghomeshi is host of CBC’s national arts and entertainment program “Play”.

The York University Foundation annual dinner celebrates the generosity of donors, including alumni and major benefactors, and local community support for York students, faculty, academic programs and building projects. This past year, fundraising support for York increased by 38 per cent.
