Andre Durie tied a Canadian Interuniversity Sport (CIS) single-game record with six touchdowns Saturday to lead the York University Lions to a 55-33 win over the University of Waterloo Warriors.
Durie, a sophomore running back from Mississauga, became only the second player in CIS history to find the end zone on six occasions in the same game, tying a mark established by Wilfrid Laurier's Jim Reid against Guelph on Oct. 22, 1977. Durie's 36 points in the contest rank fifth on the CIS all-time list, also tied with Reid.

In Kitchener-Waterloo, Ont., Durie hit pay dirt every second time he touched the ball finishing with 211 yards on just 12 carries.
