Panellists for this final session will include James Brown and Amanda Peet from the University of Toronto, Lee Smolin from the University of Waterloo’s Perimeter Institute and Alan Lightman of the Massachussetts Iinstitute of Technology. These specialists, in fields ranging from philosophy to physics, will discuss all aspects of Einstein: the man and the relativity, his theories. A lively and wide-ranging discussion is anticipated with significant time allotted for audience questions.
All members of the York community are invited to attend this free event and no registration is required, just an interest in Albert Einstein as an icon. For more information, contact Professor Bernard Lightman or e-mail Bethune College at bcmaster@yorku.ca.
