York University has asked retired justice Edward Saunders to undertake a review of the sale of lands by the University to Tribute Homes in March 2002.
The review is to determine if the process through which the price was negotiated with Tribute Homes was appropriate in light of criteria imposed by the University and whether any improprieties or conflicts existed or occurred in relation to this sale.
Anyone in the York community who wishes to provide information to Mr. Saunders may do so in writing on or before March 30, 2005. Submissions must be signed and must provide the address and other contact information of the person making the submission. Submissions should be delivered to:
