It’s time to dig out your boots and gardening gloves and think green.
Arbour Day will be celebrated at York on Thursday, Oct. 20. The York University community is invited to join members of the York is U Green Team beginning at 12pm in the 315 Student Centre to celebrate Arbour 
Day. All who attend will receive a free Green Team shirt and a healthy lunch.

Be prepared to get dirty after the formalities! There will be a ceremonial tree planting followed by the planting of 200 spruce seedlings in the Danby Woods (across from the Physical Resources Building) on York’s Keele campus.
This event is being supported by the Green Team, the environmental branch of the York is U, the student alumni organization of York University. The Grounds & Vehicles section and Postal Services Unit of York’s Facilities, Planning & Construction Department and the Printing Services Department have contributed to the event.
