Sexual assault ‘did not occur at York University’, police say

The Toronto Police Sex Crimes Unit, in cooperation with York University Security Services, has completed its investigation in relation to the alleged sexual assault that was reported to have occurred on Friday, Jan. 11, 2008 at Founders College Residence, York University.

It has been determined that the sexual assault did not occur at York University.
 
Alerts regarding this incident have been taken down. However, as always, York community members are asked to take precautions with regard to personal safety and to report any suspicious behaviour they may witness on campus.
