University issues message to CUPE Local 1356 members

The University has issued a message addressed to employees represented by CUPE Local 1356, who are involved in custodial, maintenance, service and plant operations at York.

The message, headlined "Why is there no settlement for a collective agreement?", advises that because of actions by CUPE, the University has filed a complaint of bad faith bargaining with the Ontario Labour Relations Board. See the message here.
